What apartment types does San Apart offer?
We have a single apartment type: the two-bedroom apartment. Every unit has two separate bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There are no “room categories”; every guest stays in the same standard.
How many people can the apartment sleep?
The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom a single bed. It suits families and small groups; tell us your group size and bedding needs on WhatsApp and we will give you exact details.
Is there a kitchen, and what does it include?
Yes. The kitchen, open to the living room, has a fridge, a hob and a washing machine. On longer stays you can cook your own meals and do your laundry.
Is there air conditioning and Wi-Fi?
Every apartment has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The connection is fast enough for remote work and video calls.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 13:00 and check-out is by 11:00. We do our best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out subject to availability — just let us know in advance.
Is there daily housekeeping?
Yes, apartments are cleaned every day and towels and linen are changed regularly. We can schedule the cleaning time to suit you.
Can I stay long term (weekly / monthly)?
Yes. The apartment concept — kitchen, washing machine, separate bedrooms — is designed for longer stays. For weekly and monthly stays, message us on WhatsApp and we will quote for your dates.

What determines the price?
Prices depend on the season, the length of stay and the number of guests. Longer stays get a lower nightly rate. For an exact price, simply message us with your dates.

Where is San Apart and what is nearby?
We are in the Çiftlikköy neighbourhood of Yenişehir, Mersin — 2–3 km from Mersin University and its Medical Faculty Hospital, 1.6 km from CNR Expo and about 3 km from the seafront. The city centre is a 15–20 minute drive.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is on-site parking for guests arriving by car.
How do I get here from the airport?
Çukurova Airport is about 77 km from us — roughly an hour by car. You can arrive by taxi, rental car or airport shuttle. If you need a transfer, message us in advance and we will point you in the right direction.
