Short-term rental vs. apart hotel: the difference
With short-term rentals on listing sites you rent from an individual owner: key handover, cleaning and who to call in a problem all depend on the person. An apart hotel has a front desk; check-in time is fixed, cleaning happens every day, invoices are issued and there is a team you can reach even at midnight. San Apart is a 12-unit apart hotel, and nightly stays run under the same system.

How do check-in and check-out work?
Check-in is from 13:00 and check-out by 11:00. The booking is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp; you tell us your arrival time and we meet you at the entrance. If you will arrive late at night, just let us know in advance. For short stays, payment and invoicing work like a hotel.
Who are nightly stays good for?
Weekend getaway: The seafront, marina and Kızkalesi route for families arriving Friday evening and leaving Sunday. One-night business trip: An early departure and a late return for an expo at CNR Expo or a meeting at the university. Hospital visit: One or two nights around an appointment; the Medical Faculty Hospital is 2.5 km away. Stopover: An overnight break on the Adana–Antalya road.
If you are staying a few days
Beyond two nights the apart hotel advantage becomes clear: you make your own breakfast, do your laundry, and the children sleep in their own room. For stays longer than a week a weekly rate replaces the nightly rate; send your dates and we will quote both options.
