What is an apart hotel?
An apart hotel is a property run like a hotel whose rooms are actual apartments. The front desk, daily housekeeping and guest support come from the hotel side; the separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and washing machine from the home side. In Mersin the word “apart” is sometimes used for furnished rental flats too, but those usually lack housekeeping, a welcome and proper invoicing. The difference lies precisely in how the stay is managed.

Who is more comfortable in an apart hotel?
Families. While the children sleep in the second bedroom, you can sit in the living room — impossible in a hotel room. The kitchen removes the need to eat every meal out, especially for families with small children.
Hospital companions. We are 2.5 km from Mersin University Medical Faculty Hospital. Treatment can take days; being able to cook your own food and do your laundry is not a luxury then, but a necessity.
Business trips and teams. CNR Expo is 1.6 km away. A team of two shares the apartment in separate bedrooms and uses the living room as a workspace — more economical and more productive than two hotel rooms.
Long-term guests. Monthly stays for people who have just moved to the city, are house-hunting or work on projects — without the hassle of contracts, deposits and furniture.
How does an apart hotel stay at San Apart work?
We have one apartment type: two bedrooms plus living room. You send your dates on WhatsApp and we reply in writing with availability and price. On arrival day you take over your apartment from 13:00; daily housekeeping and front-desk support continue throughout your stay. Check-out is at 11:00. Payment and invoicing work just like a hotel.
What to look for when choosing an apart hotel
- Real photos: Prefer properties that show their apartments in their own photographs. Every image on our site is a real photo of San Apart.
- Housekeeping routine: If it says “daily housekeeping”, ask what that covers. With us, towels and linen are changed regularly.
- Location: Depending on why you are coming: proximity to the hospital, the university, the expo or the seafront. Distances are on our location page.
